Within my trainings, knowledge can be imparted to the participants, ideas and concepts can be brought closer to them, and their own experiences with what they have learned can be made possible through application and experiences. Each training is individually developed and designed for the company, the respective target group and defined objective.

The topics of my trainings are varied and always based on a joint needs analysis with the client. The duration, content and methods depend on the agreed objectives and the group of participants. Here are some inspirations for exciting, instructive and entertaining trainings:

How does our training work?

Each joint training follows the same process:

At the beginning of our cooperation, we get to know each other. Here we see if the chemistry between you, your company and me is right and if I can cover the required topics.

After getting to know each other, the next step is to define our goals. For this we look at exactly what needs there are and what each participant should take away from the training.

Relevant questions are among others:

  • Who will take part in the training?
  • What previous knowledge do the participants have?
  • What should each participant do differently after the training?
  • What is the minimum technical content that should be conveyed in the training?
  • How can the transfer after the training be supported?
  • Why should the training be carried out now?
  • What is the reason for the training?
  • What competencies should the participants take away from the training?
  • How are the participants selected?

Each training is individually tailored to the needs of the company or the participants, so that the definition of common goals is the basis for the success of our training.

After getting to know each other and defining the goals, the training is carried out after the appropriate preparation time. This can take place on your premises or at an external location.

Each training is individual, interactive and based on encouraging and challenging the participants.

My trainings always consist of a mixture of theory and practice, so that the participants can expand their professional knowledge and also directly implement, try out and apply what they have learned. This supports the transfer into the professional everyday life, so that the participants can continue to apply and consider the contents of the training.

However, our training is not finished with the implementation, because a follow-up supports the transfer of learning, prepares the knowledge for the participants sustainably and enables the ongoing application in everyday life.

Furthermore, during the follow-up phase, the set goals are compared with the evaluation by the participants.
