My coaching focuses on YOU and your individual needs, questions and goals.

We meet in a 1:1 coaching in person or virtually, so that we can focus entirely on you and your goals. I focus on your personal situation and identify the right steps together with you. Methodologically, we will “think outside the box” and primarily use methods from the innovation environment. This enables us, for example, to identify your personal strengths, determine your individual value and enrich your life through purposeful experimentation. Thus, you can establish more of you in your life with my coaching with innovation methods!

The topics of my coaching sessions are diverse and depend primarily on your own goals and reasons for coaching – so here are some inspirations for you for areas of our collaboration:

How does our coaching work?

You are the focus of our collaboration!

The first step in our joint coaching is getting to know each other. Here we see if the chemistry between us is right, what exactly you want to achieve with the coaching and how our common path could look like.

In the second step, we define the goals for our collaboration, because each coaching is individual and tailored to you.

Here we are guided by various questions:

  • What exactly do you want to achieve with the coaching?
  • What changes do you want in your life?
  • What exactly are you missing in your current situation?
  • What are our common steps on this path?
  • What does the new you look like? What has changed in your life?

In this step we also define the expected duration and intensity of our collaboration, so that you have a perspective for our joint coaching.

Now the time has come: our journey together begins! I will accompany you on your way – as a coach with my methods, as a partner for your plans and as a friend at your side.

I cannot go your way for you. However, I support you with all my experience, the appropriate methods, many questions and well-meaning motivation for your projects. Together we weigh the next steps and plan your activities with the goal to discover more of you in your life.

The final part of our coaching is the evaluation of your results and successes:

  • What has changed?
  • Which goals have you achieved?
  • What successes can you chalk up on your personal “success account”?
  • How have you changed yourself and your life?
  • How satisfied and happy are you?
  • How do you ensure that you continue on the path you have started?

Finally, we also arrange a follow-up meeting. Here we take another look at how you are doing and how you have maintained your successes and results.
